Loader-crane trucks from China — engineering, production and control
HENGVO supports loader-crane truck projects directly in China — from the technical specification and chassis selection to installation control, functional testing and final inspection before shipment. The goal is not simply to mount a crane on a chassis, but to deliver a working vehicle with the right layout, axle-load distribution and configuration for the real operating task.

The project starts with the operating task, not with the crane catalogue
For a loader-crane truck, chassis GVW and wheelbase, crane mass and load moment, body length, centre of gravity, axle loads, outreach and outrigger geometry must be considered as one system. A layout error is often discovered only after production — when correction is already more expensive.
Chassis for the application
We select the base chassis by GVW, wheelbase, engine, transmission, frame and the expected load distribution after the crane and body are installed.
Crane and vehicle layout
We match load moment, working radius, boom sections, winch, outriggers, hydraulics and crane mounting position with the vehicle geometry.
Production control
We verify the actual factory configuration, crane installation, mounting points, welding, hydraulic lines, outriggers and crane operation, as well as VIN, data plates and shipment readiness.
One project — one technical system
HENGVO does not work from a fixed catalogue of finished models. The configuration is built around the customer's task: dropside trucks with loader cranes, low-deck platforms, recovery solutions, auger equipment and other special-purpose layouts on QINGLING ISUZU and other suitable Chinese chassis.
The commercial contract for the completed vehicle can be signed directly between the customer and a qualified Chinese manufacturer. HENGVO remains the independent technical side of the project: specification review, production control, final inspection and follow-up on corrections before shipment.
What HENGVO checks before shipment
Chassis
VIN and data plates, engine, transmission, frame, wheels, electrical systems, fluid levels and basic chassis diagnostics.
Crane and body
Crane mounting, boom and outrigger operation, hydraulics, winch where fitted, platform dimensions and mounting, welding and actual equipment configuration.
Documents
Technical specifications for the chassis, crane and body, vehicle marking and export-document data, checked against the vehicle actually produced.

Can a loader crane be matched to a chassis already selected?
Yes. HENGVO checks chassis-crane compatibility based on GVW, wheelbase, frame, axle loads, mounting position, outriggers and the planned body.
What is checked before shipment?
We check the chassis, VIN and data plates, crane mounting, hydraulics, outriggers, boom and winch operation where fitted, platform dimensions, configuration and export-document data.
Must the truck be purchased through HENGVO?
No. The vehicle contract may be signed directly between the customer and a qualified Chinese factory. HENGVO can independently manage the engineering and project-control scope.
Need a loader-crane truck for a specific operating task?
Send the cargo requirements, required crane capacity and outreach, body length, operating conditions and dimensional limits. HENGVO will define the technical logic and select a chassis, crane and body combination that can be built correctly at the factory.
