Truck and special vehicle inspection in China before shipment
HENGVO inspects completed trucks and special-purpose vehicles directly at Chinese factories. We verify the vehicle against the agreed specification, check identification data, chassis, bodywork, working equipment and documentation before the vehicle enters logistics.
Inspection is carried out in China close to special-vehicle manufacturers, not remotely from factory-selected photos.
You may select the factory and sign the commercial contract independently. HENGVO can be engaged only for technical inspection.
The purpose is to identify discrepancies while the vehicle is still at the factory and corrections remain practical.
We inspect the actual vehicle, not just its general appearance
The inspection scope depends on the vehicle type and agreed specification. A loader-crane truck, recovery platform, tipper or municipal body requires a different set of functional checks.
Identification
VIN, frame number, manufacturer plates, chassis model, engine identification and consistency with the supplied documents.
Chassis
Frame, mounting points, suspension, wheels, electrical systems, lighting, fluid levels and visible defects.
Bodywork
Geometry, welding, mountings, installation quality, dimensions, actual configuration and compliance with the technical specification.
Working systems
Loader crane, outriggers, hydraulics, winch, lifting or recovery mechanisms and other equipment fitted to the specific vehicle.
Diagnostics
For QINGLING ISUZU chassis we use the dedicated diagnostic scanner to check accessible electronic systems and stored faults.
Documents
Technical data and export-document information are cross-checked against the vehicle actually produced and its markings.
Diagnostics support the inspection — they do not replace it
Visual inspection, measurements and functional tests are supplemented by electronic diagnostics where the chassis architecture allows it. For QINGLING ISUZU vehicles HENGVO uses the dedicated QINGLING MOTORS diagnostic scanner.
A scanner alone does not make an inspection complete. Electronic data must be interpreted together with the physical condition of the chassis and the real operation of the installed equipment.

Receive the source data
Specification, configuration, importer requirements and vehicle or order details.
Inspect at the factory
Identification, physical inspection, functional testing and documentation of discrepancies.
Report the findings
The importer receives clear evidence of non-conformities and the factory can correct agreed issues before shipment.
Confirm the result
Photos and videos of key points, actual configuration and re-checks where required.
HENGVO does not have to be the seller of the vehicle
Inspection can be ordered as a standalone service for an importer or dealer. You may select the Chinese factory, negotiate the commercial terms and sign the contract independently. HENGVO joins the project specifically for technical control.
We also do not need the identity of the final customer. For B2B inspection, the agreed specification, importer requirements and access to the vehicle at the factory are what matter.

Can I order inspection only?
Yes. Purchasing through HENGVO is not required. Inspection can be a standalone B2B service.
When should the inspection take place?
Ideally after production is complete but before the vehicle is handed to the carrier, while the factory can still correct issues.
What does the client receive?
Documentation of key systems and parameters, functional-test results, identified issues and confirmation of the actual configuration.
Need a specific truck checked before shipment?
Send the specification, vehicle details and the parameters that are critical for your project. HENGVO will define the inspection scope for that vehicle.
