Our location gives HENGVO direct access to production sites: we can monitor manufacturing progress, carry out inspections and technical checks, coordinate engineering changes quickly, and inspect completed vehicles before shipment.

We engineer the vehicle as one system — chassis, body and equipment — around the load, route and operating conditions. For buyers, we select and supply completed vehicles. For importers and partners, we provide engineering support, production control and pre-shipment order verification.

Through working arrangements with manufacturers, HENGVO maintains chassis availability for projects. This allows some orders to enter production without waiting for the base chassis.
We select a suitable base from available chassis and move the project into production faster.
The actual lead time depends on project complexity, body type and the approved configuration.
Where technically compatible, a project can be configured with air suspension and an automatic transmission for the selected chassis and body.
If a standard vehicle does not solve the task, we prepare the technical brief, select the chassis and body, and coordinate the special configuration directly with the factory.

Before shipment, we compare the completed vehicle with the agreed specification: identification data, chassis and body execution, installation quality, electrical systems, PTO, hydraulics and working functions. We finish with a control drive and re-check corrected issues.

Acceptance follows the checklist for the specific order. We separately verify identification, structural execution, electronic systems and the operation of installed equipment. Results are documented with photos, video and an inspection report.
For QINGLING / ISUZU chassis, we use the QINGLING MOTORS diagnostic scanner to read active and stored faults, check key electronic-system parameters and verify warning indications.
We verify the frame number, manufacturer plates, model and engine, wheelbase, tyres, installed equipment and key specification items.

We inspect the frame and fasteners, lines and wiring, signs of leaks, PTO and hydraulic installation, connections and overall equipment mounting quality.
We check starting, instruments, lighting and the main chassis functions. For special vehicles, we test the PTO, hydraulics, outriggers and body functions, and carry out a control drive where required by the inspection program.
Export is handled by the qualified manufacturer-exporter. HENGVO checks the invoice, specification, export documents and technical data, then coordinates vehicle handover and onward logistics along the agreed route.

After delivery, we remain the working point of contact: technical advice, operating manuals, spare-parts selection and ordering, warranty-claim support and follow-up with the manufacturer.

The customer contracts and pays the qualified manufacturer-exporter directly. The contract fixes the specification, price and agreed production lead time. The manufacturer handles export formalities and shipment. HENGVO manages the project on the China side: coordinating technical terms, monitoring production and inspection, and verifying technical data and export documents.
